After Andrew stuck his hands in the butter, he rubbed it in his hair, clapped his hands (so little bits of butter when flying everywhere), and rubbed it all over his clothes. He had three baths that day!

A Real TM
We don't have a cat.

More Boy than Baby
Yesterday Andrew gave me a look that had me in tears. He looked like a little boy more than a baby. He'll be 19 months old tomorrow, its amazing how much they accomplish in such a short time. He's now an avid climber, I just caught him standing on a chair leaning on his highchair tray to get to some leftover breakfast. He enjoys pushing the couch cushions off the couch, unloading the kitchen cabinets, and pulling all the dvds out! He's still not a great talker, but he did utter his first sentence last week ("I want this") and he's getting better at expressing himself. He's still very attached to his mother. His hand is still frequently down my shirt, and he still sucks his thumb like it was made out of something better.Last week while we were at Grandmas he officially gained the title of TM (trouble maker), by eating rat poison on Wednesday, and then by stabbing Papa's deodorant to death with a pen before rubbing it all over himself and anything else he could get his hands on.

Hello From California!
We had another great vacation to grandmas house and the Smiths! On Monday, before we got in the car to come back home, we headed down to RAT beach, Andrew had a great time playing in the sand, dumping sand on the towels, and eating the sand! He didn't like getting knocked down by a wave, but I'm pretty sure it was cause the water was so cold! We'll see about going in the ocean when he's a little older!

No is NOT a bad word!
I'm a nursery worker. I actually like it, except for last Sunday. It was hard!
For the last couple of weeks we've had all of the good kids and none of the not as good kids, and enough workers to sort out any issues that might arise! Well yesterday we had some of the less pleasant children, and fewer workers, I've decided I don't like this! One little boy is just a bully, and there is another girl who cannot stand to share and she hits. So she was hitting the bully (which the nasty part of my didn't really want to stop them), and he kept taking toys away from Andrew and Maggie (which made me want to strangle him). I don't think either of the two trouble makers had ever heard the word "no". There is also the crier! She cries about every 5 minutes! Thankfully her mom stayed in with her so the rest of us just had the other mayhem to deal with. Eddie ended up coming in during 3rd hour because Maggie and Andrew were getting tired and I couldn't hold both of them at the same time. One of the none problem causing little boys punched him in the crotch. It made going to Nursery worth it!
