I have so many plans for the back yard, it's going to look AWESOME!
Our kitchen and dining area are going to be CHAIR FREE. No chairs for small children to drag around and climb on!
Down the street and around the corner is one of two community pools and parks.
And the builder still has the model pictures and floor plan online!I have so many ideas in my head that it's hard to fall asleep at night. We should close escrow in about 2 months.

congratulations! i hope it works out. but if you have no chairs, where is everyone going to eat???
good for you! maybe you could just nail the chairs down? :) see you tomorrow!
We are going to have an L-shape banquette in the kitchen, and a couple folding chairs that we'll use when we have extra people for dinner.
